I began a life changing journey with Karen during lock down of 2020, it was at a time when I was going through a lot of things internally. I am not one who is big on sharing my life etc with people but Karen made it so easy to do so with her warm nature and her great way of asking questions that would guide you to think differently. I came out of my 8 sessions having achieved all three goals I had set out to achieve which were to be confident, to have more time to do more things outside of work and also to open a bank account for my foundation which had taken awhile to do!
