The Professional Coaching and Leadership Program. ICF Accredited Level 1 Coach Training
An 18-week webinar based Level 1 program accredited by the ICF with the required 60 hours of Coach specific training and 10 hours of mentoring as well as formal assessments.
This program has been developed by Karen Borain in partnership with IzenBridge and supported by their e-learning platform.
The Professional Coaching and Leadership Program
Is for individuals who aim to become a Professional Coach and/or an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certified Coach as well as leaders who wish to add coaching to their leadership toolkit. Either profile could be delegates on the program.
The learning programme is offered as a virtual programme in English with interactive sessions and practice. In between the webinars, delegates complete tasks including research, reading, partnering to practice and written exercises.

Development and Facilitation of soft skills, management and leadership learning programs
Where there are soft skills, management and leadership learning gaps across layers in organisations, I use my extensive experience as a facilitator and manager and trainer of managers to ensure we develop programs that are engaging and meet the needs of the target market. Learning is targeted to different levels in organisations and provides real life examples to facilitate learning transfer from ‘classroom’ to the job.
Over the past 35 years I have been licensed to present the programs for various organisations from service skills to interviewing and selection, coaching and leadership and where required can also link these learning programs.
My Strengths are matching learning solutions to business needs, programme development, facilitation, connecting, questioning to encourage new thinking, getting coaching clients into action to achieve results, communication, presentation skills, organisational development, initiative, self-motivation and energy.
